i am doing my senidor secondary from nios and take the online admission for stream 1 block 2, my admission was confirmed in feburary but i still did not get my study meterials and my i card. when i called the regional center regargind that, they said that the following had been dispatched on my adress i the month of april, whereas i still did not get it. they gave me a dispatch no, which i enquired in the post office but the post office officials said that the dispatch no has 19 numbers and mine had only nine, they asked me to call my regional center and ask for the number again, now when i called the regional center they don't talk properly properly, and said check in the website. i am confused, my exams in october and i still did not get my i card or my study materials . what should i do?
